All our animals are reared and butchered on our farm, giving us full control over the meat production process. We take great pride in the way our animals are reared, hung on the bone, cut and packed, so all our meat products have full traceability.

A) At least 85% of the finest Shoulder Pork and Belly

Q) Is your meat organic?

A) No, as we are not registered with the Soil Association. However we do feed our animals an organic based diet.

Q) Can we freeze your products?

A) Yes all our products are fresh when they are despatched from us and can be frozen for up to 6 months.
