Our Facilities

We have a state-of-the-art licenced cutting plant on the farm. The cutting plant has an EC Number, meaning we are approved by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).

We follow the FSA’s Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) food safety management guidelines to make sure our meat is at its freshest and most safe by the time it reaches the end consumer. We also have Safe and Local Supplier Approval (SALSA).

As we have full control over all aspects of our meat production, we can guarantee full traceability for all our meat products.

We also provide our hog roast service, which can be booked online.
